The best power strip I have ever owned. The connectors hug the plugs affectionately, they're easy to insert and remove, repeatedly. The switch action is smooth and reliable. The only downsides are availability and the lack of Prime.

This power strip was recalled and we filed the form online in October.

We were notified on the recall because we purchased it through Amazon prime. They were very clear to stop using the strip IMMEDIATELY and so we threw it away. Well, the next day I received an email saying that the VIN was not part of the recalled batch. If there was a chance that it was not recalled, this would have been great information! The online recall form should have said, "Hi there! How about you wait one day before throwing away a perfectly good power strip. We will email you and let you know if it is dangerous or good-to-go!" How hard would that be?!

Well, we threw away your power strip and we will never buy another APC power strip.

Amazon no longer sells this power strip directly to seller which is a good move on their part. I would not want my business and reputation attached to a recalled item from a shoddy company either.
