These wrist wraps take a beating, washing and sweating and there still in prime condition. Would highly recommend to anyone who is a novice to serious bodybuilder. I mainly use these on chest and shoulder workouts, as the need for additional wrist support is usually needed on compound pressing movements. Great product!!!
