This is well made for the most part. The picatinny tension nuts could be better; they're a little soft so use the correct size nut driver. With the setup I'm getting sub moa groups, so as part of the package, it does work. My suggestions are: Use a torque driver (you can buy on Amazon) and torque to the specified in/lbs (not ft./lbs). Lapping is a must. If you don't lap the rings it is possible to distort the 1 inch tubes to the point it throws off adjustment and worst case scenario dent the scope tube. Don't be surprised if you see "Made in China" on the package for this price. I don't see much use for the picatinny tops unless you are using a smaller objective scope; the objective may block the red-dot or laser or whatever. For the money its the ticket. If you have the $$'s you can buy a GG&G mount or a Nightforce mount or Leupold and so on but you can buy several of these for what one those cost.
