I contacted AR and had trouble with the credit card payment online. I contacted them by email and they actually called me on my phone Singapore to take the details. They posted the articles ordered straight away and I received them 10 days later (my choice of shipping) The article lives up to its description and my wife is highly delighted in its quality. It certainly works wonders for our little 3 month old baby boy who suffered terribly from reflux after feeds. He loves to lay down on this pillow and generaly takes a nap there in the afternoon. Hbreaths much more easily when he sleeps on this angle of the pillow. Great item and great service from the staff at AR would recommend them anytime. Mr Bentley in Singapore

I bought this after doing some research and thought it would help my little one (7 weeks) with his refulx. When we got it I was so excited but when I tried to put him in it, he HATED it. If he was asleep and I tried to lay him in it he would wake up during the strapping process. I had it for two days and was so frustrated. I tried to return it but ended up just packing it in the closet. The customer service lady was rude, she told me they didn't pay for returns and there was a 20% restocking fee. If I would have returned it I would have spend as much in shipping as restocking as it cost to purchase the item. I was so upset and just kept it. It is in the closet it the wrapping collecting dust. What a waste!!!

Everytime I put my son on it he is 2 months old and a reflux baby ,he starts vomiting and or spitting up milk.so I hardly barely use it.
