The first mount was lost by my brother. The second broke easily. This on is perfect. It's strong. The suction device makes it easy to put on or take off. I didn't see that in the description or picture. The device can hold your GPS in different angles. Also they gave me a mounting plate as well. Haven't use it, but good idea.

By the way, I had the old school Tom Tom One, Not the Tom Tom One XL.

The mount is great it allows me to setup my GPS any way I want. The delivery was fast and just what I ordered. The only thing you need to watch is the name of your TomTom unit may be close to the name of another TomTom unit, and you may order the wrong mount. The one I ordered was the ONE Mini and I have the ONE XL, and I had to reorder the mounting bracket only.

Works as advertised. Easy to use and well built. I have a TomTom ONE (not the mini) and it fits just fine. More flexible than the manufacturer supplied suction cup.

I like this device for a good design, easy to use and (most important) strong suction cup. I highly recommend using it if you need one for your TomTom.

I purchased this to replace my original mount for my Tom Tom 1. I really liked the flexibility that it offered. It also put the GPS closer so it was easier to use. Good product, I've recommended it to friends.

I have had 2 previous TomTom One 3rd Edition suction Mounts (the cheap ones that comes with the unit) that quickly became wobbly and so make it difficult to use the GPS while driving. In fact I was thinking of switching brand solely because of this pathetic suction mount that TomTom bundle with the One 3rd edition. It is cheap and and quickly looses suction thereby making it impossible for the GPS to stay on the windshield for any length of time. Mine fall all the time without warning.

This ARKON TT0115 is solid and a perfect fit for the TomTom ONE 3rd Edition 3.5-Inch Portable GPS Vehicle Navigator and does not only stay in place but holds the GPS unit securely. It is adjustable and thus you can position the GPS closer for easier reach. Get it if you have TomtOm One 3rd edition.

The Arkon TTO115 mount for the Tom Tom One GPS mount is excellent. Easy to assemble and place on the windshield. Stays fixed on the windshield unlike the original one from Tom Tom that keeps falling off when temperatures fluctuate.

The only minor defect that is noticeable is that when you mount your GPS One the slot is not a complete tight fit which sometimes gives you the feeling that "was it mounted correctly?". But those were initial concerns which I got over once I drove with the mount and the Tom Tom GPS on high speeds, low speeds as well as on bumpy roads and the GPS was well fit inside the mount slot and did not fall off.

You should be safe to buy it and its way cheaper than the OEM one if available from Tom Tom. I think the OEM mount has been phased out by Tom Tom as it was not available on the US website.

The ARKON is well built and sturdy.It also comes with a round plastic base for dash mount which is why I bought this one. the only problem is with the round double sided sticker that comes with the kit.. It may stick well on a completely flat surface but on my Toyota Sienna it did not stick to the dash at all.. So I had to use some velcro to do the trick.. Apart from that this a solid piece altogether.

I needed to replace the stock mount for my older Tom Tom One as the original had lost the ability to stay stuck to the windshield of my car. Not wanting to spend a fortune for another one, I found this mount from Arkon. It is of nice quality and has a generic mounting system so you could potentially buy additional clips for other devices if you needed to. It sticks like glue to the windshield and holds the Tom Tom securely. It is easily adjustable and comes with an adhesive disk that you can mount to the dash if you prefer or are required to use that type of arrangement.

So why would you buy a $14+ mount for a $100 GPS? Because the TomTom One is a great GPS for $100 but worthless if it keeps falling off of your widnshield, and the original mount that comes with it stinks. This mount secures strongly and is nicely adjustable. Well worth the $14-$15.
