Does exactly what it sets out to do. Stays in place, even throughout bumps in the road. Not flimsy. You can set up, leave it in place, and never have to worry about it again. Much better than my old windshield mount. Thanks for product!

It's got a bit of a cheap plasticky feel to it, but it works as expected and as advertised. It's much less noticeable than the windshield suction cup mount. It's a bit more difficult to attach and remove, though, and of course you lose the use of the one vent.

Very sturdy product and good price. Clip it on, slide the TomTom onto it, and you've got a mount that does what it's supposed to do.

My windshield fixture was failing miserably and I got this from Amazon as a repalcment. Works really good for me to use with Tomtom one 3rd Edition. I will buy this again if needed.

This clip on mount works amazingly well! Much more practical than the suction cup on the windshield. At first I thought I'd be compromising a/c air flow by placing on one of the vents, but it really doesn't interfere....the air flows thru it. It is lightweight, yet durable to hold the old, heavy model TomTom One. And it's so convenient to look at dashboard level. I love it.

It supports the GPS unit well however, I'm not crazy about having it where hot and cold air blow from the vent. It will work.

Simple clip on mount for the older TomTom's. One thing you have to consider is your vent and how much clearance it has. When using this in my Tacoma it can only clip in firmly on the vents closest to the window. The two inner vents that surround the stereo are at an angle and do not have enough depth to allow both clips to fully lock in. But when mounted on the other vents this mount stays put and can be angled to whatever you need. It is easy to remove just by squeezing the clips and unhooking it. Overall this mount is better than using a suction cup mount due to CA law which will not allow you to have items mounted in the middle of the window. ( only on the corners )

This vent mount is much more reliable than the old windshield mount, which fell off every time I hit a bump in the road.

I purchased a similar mount from a national retailer for 4X the price ($20). After that one broke I purchased this mount and I couldn't be happier. This is a quality product and I wish I would have purchased this one years ago. Most mounts are weak and struggle to hold the gps unit in the upright position. This one hasn't moved yet. Very pleased.

This is a great product. And the price is right. It is very easy to use and made pretty well. The hooks the slide onto your vents are a little flimsey by it you take your time and don't try to jam it in there, you'll be fine. I really love having my tom tom at the level of the vents. I gives new life my tom tom which is 6 years old now. And security wise its great to have the tom tom at this level because its not easily seen. Especially when you are in a queastionable part of town.
