This review is from: The ARRL Handbook for Radio Communications 2007: The Comprehensive RF Engineering Reference [With CDROM] (Paperback)
If you've ever seen the ARRL handbook, the 2007 edition meets the standard.
I don't know when they added the CD Rom with the text of the book, but it is a nice additon.
