Lots of noise.. They also bleed when in AB mode. Not worth the money or headache. I was using to switch between two amps.

A great A/B/Y switch that does what it says it does, passively, without tone sucking. Sure, the 9V battery door is a little hard to get off, but you only need a battery if you want the LED's. My 9V died a few months ago and haven't needed to replace it yet, but I just use it to split a mono signal to two amps, so there's not much need to see what position it's in.
Construction is very solid, like most other ART gear. Being able to have the option for reversing it (for driving 2 signals with 1 source, or 1 source with 2 signals) is nice. It's smaller than looks online, which is nice for crowded pedalboards like mine.

The great thing about this switch is the versatility. 2 inputs, the ability to switch A/B or Y. It adds options to my live setups that previously would not be there. Durable metal case, good stomp spacing making it easy to get the right selector on stage.

CHANNELS BLEED INTO EACH OTHER.
I wasted hours working with this garbage.
Don't waste your time or money. It does not work.

Works very well. Allowed me to route my bass guitar to my amp and the xbox. Wanted to play ROCKSMITH on Xbox, but also play through my amp (not just my stereo speakers).

Only complaint I have is the housing of the 9V battery. It doesn't reside in a compartment like many items today. It's hard to access the battery. The corner got hung up inside so I had to remove the switch cover to get it out, not the batter cover.

Great price! Does exactly what it's supposed to. Cheap but effective. Can also be used to achieve "true bypass" for any buffered pedal.

I've been trying to find a decent A/B switch for awhile to switch between my tube amp and pod rig. Unfortunately, this one did not fit the bill. The switches are too close together, and worse, whichever channel is off still gets signal from the other channel - it bleeds. It does not seem to suck tone at least, even when both channels are on ('Y' mode) but if you use this for 'A' OR 'B' the off channel will get signal bleed. So in my case, when my clean pod is ON (A is selected), the distorted amp which should be OFF (B) but still bleeds through, ruining the clean tone. Also, no 9v adapter - had to use a battery eliminator cable(not included). Fed up with these lousy A/B products - ordered a loop master.

The Pedal is good, works well, but... the names printed on the box are changed. I mean, "A/B inputs" are really "outputs" and viceversa!. I didn't realize it. I thought the system was broken. I connected 2 guitars and I tried to switch between them but the both worked at the same time.
My uncle, an electronical engineer, helped me. We read the instructions, connected again the plugs and jacks and... nothing changed.
I mean, the "Y" function worked instead of the A/B. We opened the box, we didn't find nothing strange. He saw the diagram behind the box and he found the answer. "Change the cables, buddy". So, don't worry. The pedal is ok, but mine, it has a masking tape on the names.
