Had it not been for the sound of feedback three quarters of the way into the album, it would have been a good Tai Chi background music/nature sounds cd. I think the artists were trying to mimic the sound of blowing wind. Could have done without the sand mix in with the wind, though. It sounded like it was hitting the mic. It disrupted the class with laughter from the students. Oh well, moving on.

I bought this CD on a road trip to New York. Its good relaxation sounds at the end of the day. Its probably not for Tai Chi classes, the CD notes that its designed to bring a Tai Chi state without the movement. Interesting idea !
