Let me start off by saying, that I am a tiny little girl. I don't have much fat on me at all, so I think this is why it worked as well as it did. I am a little bit more defined than I was before. By no means will it make you have abs that you have to work for in the gym, but it tones a little bit and makes your abdominals harder to touch. It is a good choice if you are on the smaller side, and just want a little tone up.

Bought this 4 my husband worked really well right out of the package. He was very happy with it however I think it only lasted about 4 days when 1 of the buttons popped off. We bought another 1 and I think it lasted 1 week before it just gave out we changed the batteries but it wouldn't amp up anymore. But they were super cheap like $5 so I guess you get what you pay for

You get what you pay for! Since I didn't pay a lot, can't say I'm disappointed it disappointed me. First of all, the box that it came in was crushed. The pictures on the box must have been shot back in the 80's?? The instructions were written by Chinese factory workers? I've started working out since the beginning of the year. So I can't say if it's working or not. I do get the same "feeling" as being bloated after using it. Instead of spending $100 on a similar product, I thought I'd give this cheapo a try. I bought it, tried it, shed a couple of tears for wasting 12 bucks, and now I'm moving on. In conclusion, don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed when it DOES disappoint you.

My daughter was so excited to give this to me for Christmas. How do you tell her it was a huge waste of money? I never got one electrical impulse out of the thing! It is cheap plastic! I can't believe anyone rated this thing anything more than a zero!

I use it about three times per week and feel an improvement in tighter abs. At the higher settings it really will give your muscles a serious jolt. Reading the directions is important even if they were written in Taiwan by a 3rd grader. Use plenty of gel every time or you'll end up writing reviews like some of the silly burned folks writing before me.

(hint: If it feels like it is burning you then it is...take it off)

I'm not fat, just very busy and a little lazy so this product works quickly on me with good results. I've had it almost 2 months and it hasn't failed yet. There are two sets of lights that indicate the modes that you can select. One of the mode lights never worked from the beginning so I just use the modes that do work. I let thew company know & they offered a refund if I sent it back. But that is a hassle to correct their issue; they should have just sent me a replacement. Also - the two sets of directions tell you to apply the gel to the gray or the silver side but there is no color differentiation; the company rep just told me to apply the gel to most of the black area that touches skin. For the money, the modes that do work are fine.

If you're prone to not figuring things out, whine a lot & expect The Miracle on Lard Street save your nine bucks. If you want mini-results from the mini-sits ups that this belt does for you, buy it.

I read a number of reviews that said this product was inferior, however, I have used this twice and I like it. I like that this product is incredibly affordable. I had an ems machine before I bought this item that worked well, but it was cumbersome with all the wires and pads. This item has simplified all that and makes it incredibly easy to get the same results that I got with the ems machine. I love that it is inexpensive. If it breaks, it will be easy to just replace it with another. Good product so far.
