I downloaded the Kindle version to my MAC and to my surprise, there are no page numbers on this version! How am I going to read the pages assigned without page numbers! This was a real waste of money. Now, I have to purchase the book again!

The description read 2nd edition spiraled....I received the 1st edition non spiraled. I was confused about why I didn't receive what I asked for. With no questions or explanations, they just refunded my money and didn't ask for the book back.
