I bought 5 of these about 8 days ago @ $187 each
At these prices over $250 its kinda not worth it.
With bitcoins over $600 every body seems to think these are worth more...
But the sellers don't take in to account the amount of time to make your money back.

I want to buy 5 more but I will wait til they drop again... Which they will, these have gone up and down every 7 days or so for about a 3 months... It don't make since...

The product is good but don't buy when they are over $200... They will come back down!!!

Yes you will need fans, these get very hot...

Mine hashes at 11.3 Gh/s steady and has never dropped below 10.9 Gh/s unless I am restarting it. Uses 83w of power. This thing is the most bang for the buck under $500 and much easier to set up.

You need a 2-1, 4-pin molex splitter to plug into the provided power adapter which it doesn't come with, but they can be found on Amazon for less than $2.

I'd recommend Jones Gear as a seller on Amazon, I ordered my 1st Blade on a Tuesday (10/29) and received it vie USPS (the notoriously slowest postal service in my area) on Friday! Customer service was great, with my inquiries being answered almost as quick as I could send them in!

I bought mine for $271, and just ordered another b/c they had dropped to $187! That's less than 1/2 the price of Butterfly Lab's cheapest and TWICE as fast. ASICMiner, FTW.

I purchase this from Jones Gear through Amazon and am thrilled with the outcome! This seller shipped the product with 1-day Express which was completely unexpected and resulted in the fastest shipping possible! They also included the 4-pin Molex splitter which is needed for the setup but not expected with the purchase. I was up and running within minutes of arrival by following the simple guide found here
[...]

I am very pleased with this purchase!
I will however warn prospective buyers that you need to KNOW what you are doing! If you are just coming into this you may want to follow that link and do your research because this is only something that is simple if you already have a clear understanding of what you are doing.
1) First you need to be capable of and feel comfortable with cutting and manually wiring high voltage/amperage power supply cables with the pristine confidence that you aren't going to burn your house down... Because you definitely can if wired improperly!
2) You need understand that you must have a computer that will be on whenever this device is to run a Stratum Proxy
3) You must understand your home network structure enough to either assign IP addresses to the Computer running your Proxy and this device or at very least (since most home networks are by default 192.168.0.0/24 networks) be able to determine the IP of the Computer running the proxy so you can configure the ASICMiner with it
4) You need to already have a bitcoin wallet and a mining pool (such as Slush's) because lets be honest... you could have a hundred of these and you'd get nowhere mining alone
5) Lastly although fans are not technically necessary by manufacturing standards you really should have a fan and certainly mount it in a fashion in which it can get air circulation!
Good Luck and happy mining! Thanks Jones Gear!

Jones Gear was amazingly quick to get this to me and even offered to explain setup, though being an EE that's not necessary for me.

Please be aware that the 'getwork' protocol that these units use has been widely discontinued and you'll need to use a 'stratum proxy' most likely to join up with a pool.

My main PC is on wireless and I didn't want to involve any extra hardware, so I used an ethernet crossover cable and set my ethernet port to a static IP that the blade plugs directly into. Working great so far thanks to the fact that the stratum proxy program doesn't need these two connections to be bridged or anything(using slush's proxy).

Please make sure you have a fan on both sides as cooling these is *very* important, a 120MM fan lines up perfectly with the heatsink's grid and with the large style fan screws that dig into the plastic you can let them lightly dig into the tips of the heatsink, no real harm but a nice secure fit that looks stock. I have another 120mm on the other side, siting on-top with plastic stand-offs to avoid any possible short-circuits. (Also be careful if you do this and are using a fan with a lot of kick-back on start-up!)

Very fast ,after a little problem with the power connecter ,you have to make shore the wires get in to it nice and snug and do not over tighten them ,if you do it will not work correctly and might not be safe ,there are a few thing not in info. #1 is that it has 3 fan ports one with a port and 2 DIYS ,# 2 it self over clocks up to 15 Gh/s , and # 3 the big one using it . this is how you configure it .
type in you address bar http://192.168.1.254:8000/
IP =192.168.1.254
Mask = 255.255.255.0
Gateway = '' This is your mane home network address '' 192.268.1.1 or what aver your s is
WEB Port = 8000
Primary DNS = 192.168.1.1
Secondary DNS = this is your number your internet company gave you to connect to there servers ,so = 209.18.??.??
Ports 8330,8330
Server addresses = 192.168.1.??, 192.168.1.?? = this is the internet card on your pc you will be using =
user:pass = name:pass,name:pass =you have to double the last three thing or it will not work .

I use bfgminer ezey to use bfgminer.exe --http-port 8330 -o stratum+tcp://us1.ghash.io:3333 -u user.worker -p pass
open command prompt copy and drag the bfgminer.exe over to it and then hit space key and past --http-port 8330 -o stratum+tcp://us1.ghash.io:3333 -u user.worker -p pass .....the --http-port 8330 is what talks to the ASIC Blade .I hop this helps it took me days to get it going nice
