After trying numerous brands ... most of which were clumpy and sticky ... I tried this cream based on a review and it's amazing. I ran my first marathon in the pouring rain and I had no chaffing what so ever. I have purchased more for future races. Only thing is it's white and doesn't dry clear so when the rain/sweat soaked my running tights the white came through. Did prove that it didn't budge but was kinda funny for the after race photos. Oh well ... I'm just happy that it worked! Thank you!

I've been running short distances on uneven terrain (5K trail races), with 3-5 mile training trail runs, and have been having trouble with a hot spot on my arch. Was getting a blister there every time I ran more than 2 or 3 miles, whether out on the trail or on the treadmill. Tried Body Glide Anti-chafe first, didn't help much. But this stuff worked for me. I put it on fairly thick and don't really rub it in (wish they provided directions...), then wait a few minutes before I put on my sock. It's pretty creamy, and I figured my sock would rub it off or absorb it (and when I take my socks off, it doesn't appear to still be on my foot), but whatever happens to it after I put the sock on doesn't seem to matter, as it really takes the heat out of that spot. I haven't had any new blisters since I've started using it. Just ordered a few more. Keeping one with my race stuff and one by the treadmill.

I use this product around my armpits to reduce chafing while on my C2 rowing machine. Doing 28 strokes per minute for 60 minutes while in a sports bra is a surefire way to get some chafing! The best thing about ASICS Chafe Free is that is not sticky. Other products feel gummy and leave a tacky residue on my hands that I have to really scrub off. This stuff washes off my hands easily, doesn't stain clothing, and doesn't have an odor. It also doesn't irritate my skin the way other anti-chafing products do -- and doesn't sting on freshly shaved pits. My only criticism is of the tubes that come with an applicator. It makes it hard to fully empty the tube, and for how expensive this stuff is, I hate to waste any.
