My husband bought me these shoes as a Christmas present. He research what was needed for my particular foot, which is wide and over pronated, and I can say that this is the best athletic shoe I have ever owned. If I could find a way to wear them with dresses and not look stupid I would.

Went to [...] to see how to find the right shoe for my foot. This shoe is recommended for people with flat feet on their website. It is wonderful--I love it!! The first time I've ever had a proper fit. Love all Asics products--my fave. shoes! (Nike too narrow--also like Adidas--but Asics have athletic shoes down to a science!)

I was told by my doctor to get the best running shoe available for my heel spur and plantar facilitis. I researched and found this shoe. I wear it every day to work (I work on concrete floors)and it has truly helped my feet. A quality shoe that has lasted washings and daily wear. Will get another pair soon.

I have only ran w/these shoes a few times so far, but they feel great. I have major shin splint issues and have been looking for a good shoe.

I bought these as a present for my wife. She was complaining about how much her ankles and heel hurt after jogging. She has incredibly flat feet and kind of walks like a duck with her feet pointing waayy out. I thought that her $10 sneakers from Wal-Mart may be the problem. I gave her these ASICS for her B-day. She went for a jog this afternoon with the ASICS and said her feet felt great. I did not find many 'wide' size running shoes for women in the stores so I gave these a shot. They fit her perfect.

These are great support/cushion shoes. They run naturally a little wide because I have wide feet and the medium width fits me like a glove. Plus the burgundy/lightning color combo is super cute!

I have a really low arch and have purchased many running shoes, never under $120. I had the "you get what you pay for" mindset. The "arch" of my foot would ache even if Iw as doing something simple, like jumping jacks! I decided to give these shoes a go after a friend had recommended them to me and absolutely love them. I broke them in doing a vertical incline of more than 2,000 feet, and running down a 4 mile trail (I am currently looking into buying an Asics trail shoe)! No arch aches AT ALL and no blisters, either! Asics will be the only sneakers I will be buying for a very long time!

These shoes feel good right out of the box. I have had plantar fasciitis on and off for years, so shoes are important. I am just coming off a flare up in one foot, and these shoes are comfortable and and supportive; my healing is continuing.

I am presently wearing athletic shoes all the time, as I finish resolving plantar fasciitis. I am also very pleased with the appearance of this shoe. While clearly an athletic shoe, it is attractive and feels alright in my office setting.

One note, and not part of my star rating for this item . . . this is the first time that I have been charged sales tax on a purchase. I don't know if it is because this vendor does business in my state, or if there has been some change in practice. It does alter cost comparison between this and other sites, so you may wish to be aware of it if you are someone who shops multiple sites before purchasing. With regard to the vendor, the shoes arrived promptly and are in new condition, no problems at all. The sales tax was just a bit of a surprise.

These are the best athletic shoes I've purchased in years. I have an issue with having extremely flat feet and these shoes allow me to workout with no issues at all. I've also noticed an improvement in my knees as well, due to the gel cushioning provided in the sole. If you have had any orthopedic problems, I highly recommend these shoes, they are a cute and less expensive alternative to the orthotics my doctor suggested.

I bought this shoe because I have wide, flat feet (no arch!) and it is really comfortable and my feet don't hurt anymore when I run.
