I've gone through a few Gel-Rocket 3's and loved them. It was time to get another pair, but the 3's were discontinued so I bought the 4's. I can say these have not disappointed me so far. I use these for playing squash and volleyball and they are comfortable and light weight. They grip the floor well and I hope these last a long time like the 3's that I have owned. For 42 dollars, I feel it a great quality shoe at a great price. Because others have mentioned a size issue, my 4's fit the normal shoe size I wear.

I used these shoes to train/play competitive badminton. These shoes are very good at absorbing impact from jumps. I jump smash very often and these help with the landing. They are also fairly breathable. Pay attention to the size though, it's slightly larger (~ half size) than regular badminton shoes. The only con about these is their high ankles. They make it hard to move laterally on the court. Also, if you like wearing short socks, they are going to rub against your ankles and make them uncomfortable. I found that additional insoles would help this problem.

Never having bought shoes online I was unsure as what to expect. My son needed them quickly for JV volleyball team tryouts and practice. They arrived within the time frame given. He really likes them. The shoes looks good and fit well. They are comfortable and have held up very well for the past month under heavy use.

I was using Basketball shoes when playing volleyball. They worked, but needed "real" volleyball shoes without breaking the bank. These fit the bill. The only problem is they are a little tight across the width, but hoping they will stretch over time. Have used them several times and really like them.

These are the most comfortable court shoes I've ever worn! They're extremely light, you almost feel like you're not wearing shoes at all. They also have great cushioning. My feet have never felt better after playing racquetball!

I've used 2 pairs of these shoes for indoor volleyball and I will buy another pair next time I need volleyball shoes. I've tried on some of Mizuno's offerings but they feel too hard, with these ASICS I don't even need insoles.

Good:
- Great quality, you'll probably wear out the sole out before anything else in the upper section breaks
- Good grip.
- Great cushioning.
- Light weight.

Bad:
- They are white, they get dirty faster ;-)
- They don't look as fancy as some other volleyball shows, but I don't care.

i have bought TWO Pairs already, and I play both Indoor and OutDoor Volleyball in the Caribbean and the shoe lasted at least two Years of wear and tear, will probably buy another Pair next year unless ASICS upgrades the shoe.

I bought this shoe for badminton play. It was very comfy but I did add insoles. It was very heavy compared to most indoor court shoes I have used. My main concern was durability. It did not last long, less then 2 months before I had worn it down. My previous shoes, an old Prince shoe, had survived a couple of years. Overall I would not recommend it for badminton use.

I bought this pair for using it to play badminton. I am happy with the comfort and fit of these shoes and happy with them.
