I bought this for my 8 year old. She joined a track team and uses this for allround track. The shoe is comfortable, with good arch support. Sizing was exact

We like the shoes and so does our son, but the laces will not stay tied and need to be replaced.

We actually bought these size 3 shoes to fit a 16 year old who has tiny little feet, and adult shoes just don't fit right. Sizing is dead-on. Great support through the entire track season. Definately will be purchasing again next year.

Our son has foot issues, and when we consulted with the physical therapist, he recommended shoes with good stability and arch supports. We took care of the arch supports at his office, and looked for a good shoe. The shoe people we talked to all spoke to how important it is to have good shoes as the kids feet are developing whether they have issues or not. The ASICS are excellent shoes, I have a pair myself, and our son really likes them. They have a sole that does not allow the foot to collapse or twist and are very comfortable. Definitely recommended.

so i love asics and buy the same brand every 6 mths however i dont think anyone knows what little kid/big kid means. i bought a 6US just like i always do and they were HUGE. apparently big kid means something different. it should be clearly stated what the equivalent shoe size is. very aggravated that i had to pay for shipping multiple times.
