These shoes are one of the best running shoes (standard) that I have used. Light, well fitted, cushioned, and you can feel the grip it has on the ground when you push against it. It's better than Adidas and Nike brands in terms of shoes, and is far more durable than them. I have had my other ASICS brand shoes last me for about 2 years, and I used them every day. Like normal running shoes, they arent suited for wet weather, but otherwise they are tough and well designed to wear. Only this brand also has this kind of shoes in my size (I have small feet).
Definitely good shoes for one to wear if you want to do some light jogging to get into shape or to do some more intensive long distance running.
