This year I decided to run with some friends so I bought some running shoes (the ultralight F50's). at first I loved them but then I realized that i needed a stability shoe (because the Ilitobial band started to hurt) so a friend of mine recomended the kayanos (kayano 17) I have tried them and I love'em. so after I bought the 17's I started to look on amazon. I found the kayano's 15 they are almost as comfy as the 17 but they are selling cheaper (almost the half of a new 17) actually I really like more the style of the 15.... by the way they're heavy as a brick but after you found the confort of this sneakers you wouldn't mind of the weight.

I have owned just about every model of Asics. The Asics Kayano has allowed me to run several days in one week without knee pain. They are definitely my new favorite. I often mix up my daily workouts to biking, swimming, weights, etc., because I cannot get away with the impact of frequent running. The Kayano gave me back the ability to workout my favorite way more often-just go run. I have owned them now for about a month & I'm cautiously optimistic. I will certainly be staying with this model.
