Running shorts with pockets that don't bounce,

Distance runners always need ways to carry more stuff, but for some reason very few shorts actually have pockets that hold anything larger than a key. These shorts actually have three pockets that will hold two gels each. There's another zippered pocket on the inside back, and it's perfect for a credit card, ID and cash (for emergencies; always good to have). The pockets don't bounce at all, and stuff actually stays put. If you wear a fuel belt, they still work with no problem.

The colour made me want to buy the short but the fit sold me completely! A few days ago I finished a 2 1/2 hour long run and the shorts didn't chafe and stayed dry and comfortable. The extra pockets at the back are a wonderful bonus and I liked the small yet roomy zippered compartment at the back. A wonderful long run short!

As a new runner, I have been searching for shorts with pockets! I hate wearing a fuel belt just to hold my cell phone & keys on a daily run. I bought these because another review said they have pockets. Well, they weren't the pockets I expected-3 elastic pockets on the back near the waist & a small zipper pocket for keys/credit card in the back. Not enough to hold my cell phone-but wonderful for long runs/marathons when you have to carry gels.As far as the fit-also wonderful. I got a medium and its perfect (I'm 5'7, 138) and the price was great too!
