Breathes well and is light weight for running. I tried a pair of Sauconys for a few weeks, but they were too narrow and gave me blisters. This shoe is better for a slightly wider foot and has great support for your arches. I have had them for about a year now and a few hundred miles and still love them! My only qualm is that they are white and get dirty pretty easily, but there are virtually no running shoes that are not white!

I recommend these shoes to anyone that is willing to sacrifice a little stability for more cushion. I decided on the Cumulus-11 after my other ASICS were discontinued. I run between 15-30 miles/wk and prefer a shoe with more cushion as I run on my toes. I often have terrible shin splits and have torn my miniscus twice, but these shoes have minimized the shin splints (Disclaimer: I put Dr. Scholls gel inserts in them).
The Cumulus-11 is comfortable and the mesh allows for reasonable air circulation. I've run 60 or so miles in these, including the Army 10-miler and have had no issues with blisters.

I've been buying the Gel Cumulus for a few years now. This version is better than the last, for me anyway, because the heels didn't rub my Achilles like the Gel Cumulus 9s.
