I love these shoes because they are so comfortable! They feel very light on my feet, and they let your feet breathe. I use these shoes for cardio and weightlifting, with some occasional use on the elliptical machine. The only negative thing I have experienced with these shoes is that they tend to get a little slippery on high-intensity cardio classes.

I've tried every dance aerobic shoes out there and these are by far the most cushioned and supportive. I have slightly narrow feet and a medium-high arch, and need "cushioning" support. All the other shoes I have tried for Zumba do not have any cushion in them. I love the ASICS Gel-Entralls! They do run small in the length and are on the narrow side.

Shoes are cute. However, they tend to be a little snug and stiff. I wear an 8 1/2 but ordered a 9. They run small and feel a little tight.
