The distinctive design of the Grip Cap retains the ASP Baton in a wet hand or when the officer is fatigued. Initially designed for officers who work in a marine environment, the enlarged cap provides improved retention and increased. No other retention cap is as compact and projection free as the ASP Grip Cap. There is no protruding arm to become caught on equipment. There is no sharp radial edge. The clean appearance of the Grip Cap allows snag free carry and a smooth draw. The cap provides increased control, improved retention and a flat plane striking surface.
