I bought two of these a couple of months ago. I was impressed by the powerfull light. But like 6 months later, the light started
to become weak.
it's a nice product.. but the battery has a life of 6 months..
for me.. that's a very short "lifetime"...

I have had one of these for years...I have given many for gifts, all my friends keep them on their keychain, and there have been many times when the light has come in handy...it seems expensive, but it is not. the guarantee says if it fails, send it back ($3 postage) I have sent some back after years of wear and the company sends me a new one...the price at amazon is really good

I have no idea why flashlights are of such fascination to children. These are a wonderful size and intriguing shape. My grandchildren are so happy to each have one.

I should have known the price was too good to be true. It seems as if these lights are several years old. I have bought approx. 30 of these lights over the years. These are as dim as my old ones. The blue light is supposed to be visible for a mile. There is s guarantee of Lifetime batteries from the company, but I should not have to send in my new clip lights already!

Best stocking stuffer ever. I have been buying this product for years and everyone who gets one is excited about it. Good gift for male and female alike and all ages from 10 years and up.

Don't waste your money, buy the white crystal version! I should have checked this particular product closer,my Bad! The description, as with all the Sapphire lights, says it is visible for one mile, that might be true but it is practically useless for the user to see any detail with it. Nowhere does it state that it emits a blue light, only that it has a blue crystal. I have bought Sapphire lights before, those have a very bright white light, very useful. This one is very disappointing. Compared this one side by side with the white crystal version and they are nothing alike. If you like an eerie blue mood light, then go for it.

We use this light when we go camping or when we are staying over night somewhere that we are unfamiliar with. Great when you need to find the bathroom.
