I had no problems with getting the board up and running with a Sandy Bridge i5 processor, 8 GB Patriot Gamer memory and an SSD drive. I was looking for a motherboard that provides a lot of different legacy connectors yet is able to run a relatively new line of processors, and this fits the bill nicely. Yes, I still have a floppy drive, IDE CD-RW drives and PS/2 keyboard / mouse that work great, so why replace them? :)
The BIOS can be updated to work with Ivy Bridge processors, but the manufacturer was even willing to send me a complete replacement BIOS for free upon request, so I don't have to mess with flashing the BIOS when (if) the time comes to upgrade the processor.
I haven't had a single issue with the board ever since I got it. Very satisfied so far.

Got error on attempted boot. Turned out if you follow the directions
for multiple memory chips and put in slots 1/3 or 2/4 to get dual channel performance,
this MB did not recognize the memory as valid.

I had to ignore the suggestion and use slots 1/2 to get the MB to boot into BIOS,
and BIOS confirms I am getting single channel performance.
And yes, bought pair of memory cards in a single pack, meant to be installed together.

Otherwise seems to be working as expected, but wasted lots of time on this problem.
