Sweet motherboard. Not only looks good, but it is quality all around. With a 8350 FX CPU, and 32 gig ram, I installed Win 7-64 in a breeze. BIOS setup is really simple, connectors supplied are all top notch. I love the POST LED in the upper right hand, and the book comes with all codes explained. This board is a Geeks dream. Wicked fast too. I also added a Intel SSD (520 series 250gig) and the board had no issues with it at all. I was a bit concerned as I saw the box had been opened before I got it, but as everything was there, and sealed, I went ahead and used it anyway. Good call. My sons say the gameing is the best ever. Whatever. I use it for video transcoding and watching TV, office work, listening to music, surfing, really multitasking. EVERYTHING I do is darned near instant. I have waited for a long time for this level of performance. A m2ts file (say 42 gig?) can transcode to a mp4 ( maybe 9.3 gig) in around 26 minutes, and I can surf at the same time.
Sweet!

I paired this with a FX-8350 processor, an SSD HDD, 16GB RAM, and Win8 Pro.... all have been playing well with one another and it was simple to install and setup. I am not a gamer by any stretch but I do use a number of intense programs and of course I use them simultaneously.... on my previous system it would bog it down and I would have to close some things down. This system simply takes care of business and what I am interested in is how my CAD program is going to behave.

It comes with plenty of SATA cables and other cables that I currently do not use--- but I would rather have that than having to buy what I need after the fact and wasting time. Nicely packaged and the red glow it has makes me wish it was in my line of sight!

This motherboard is well worth the price. Not a single problem with parts compatibility and easily increased the speed of my computer by at least 20%.Overclocking is a breeze with the AI Suite II allowing me to push my CPU even further then i ever could before. A must have for any AMD gaming PC build.

Pros:
-Looks good
-Perfect built-in sound
-VERY easy OC capabilities
-Lots of capability for expansion
Cons:
-outside the price i have yet to find any cons.

Note: you will have to ether re-install your OS or go through a long process to reactivate the OS due to it believing that you put the HDD into a new computer.

Threw it in the case, popped my parts in, hooked up the cables and bam. That was it. Got into the UEFI and made a few adjustments and it's been smooth sailing ever since. It's a quality board with some really neat features. Very easy to OC, not sure why else you'd buy this if you aren't anyway. Got an fx-8350 at 4.8ghz no problem with 2400mhz OCed ram. Had to fiddle with settings and run prime95 a while but I got a good stable OC without any headache. The bios is pretty straightforward and there are several protective features for the OCing uninitiated. Overall a great product, I highly recommend. Also, included software is a nice touch but other than the drivers and antivirus it's junk. Installed and played around with AI Suite etc, didn't care for it. There are better alternatives for temps/voltages.

I ordered this motherboard along with many, many other computer parts (My first build):

AMD FX-8350 8-core @4.0GHz
Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB @1866MHz
EVGA GeForce GTX760 Superclocked 2GB
Corsair GS800 800watt power supply unit
Seagate 2TB SATAIII Solid State Hybrid Drive
TP-LINK Dual-band Wireless Card
NZXT Guardian ATX Case

After installing the CPU, heatsink, Corsair RAM, and graphics card, I ran a test boot outside of the case and go figure, it failed with error code 50. I had the user guide handy so I flipped to all the troubleshooting error codes and found that error 50 was a memory initialization error. So that immediately told me one thing: Either this motherboard is defective or my Corsair RAM is.

After trying all the different DIMM slots on the motherboard, each attempt coming up with error 50, I decided to cough up another 50 bucks to try out one stick of PSY 4GB RAM @1333MHz (Just drove to the local Best Buy for it). Tried that stick in the DIMM2 slot on this motherboard and still came out with error 50.

I even tried updating the UEFI BIOS to version 1602 with the BIOS Flashback feature and still no success.

Then I tried to do a test boot with NO memory installed at all (I should have done this before I went and bought the PSY RAM). And once more, the motherboard came out with error 50 again. This occurred to me as very strange because when there is no memory installed, the LED display on the motherboard should have given me a different error code. However, it still came out with error 50.
