Great Motherboard. I bought this motherboard for my APU build mostly because I trust ASUS and I wanted a motherboard that would accommodate more than 2 sticks of memory for future upgrades.

I am not disappointed. The BIOS/EFI system is easy to use, and the motherboard has been rock solid. For the price I can't complain at all.

ASUS includes great utilities with their boards for Windows. I would not hesitate to recommend this board to another computer builder who's building an A10-based system.

Bought this for my child's computer, which is used for games, school work, music, photos, and so much more. This is a wonderful motherboard if you are looking for something that is affordable while able to do what you want it to do.

Bought this to replaced failed MB on daughter's 9 year old Compag Persario. She and the grandkids use it for Internet, word processing, and some games. Installed it with AMD A6-5400K APU and 4GB of Kingston Fury RAM. Total was $144.50. Used existing 250GB HD, Optical Drive, 430W Power Supply, case with front panel USB 2.0 and Audio. That is good price if you already have OS. She had XP OEM, so I went ahead and bought Windows 8.1 Full for $105. The rebuild took a couple of hours total on the hardware side and then the normal long process of installing new OS and other programs. It was very easy to install and is running great. I am adding a couple of USB 3.0 ports on the front. Using the Anker USB 3.0 Front Port for 3.5 drive slot. ($9.99 on Amazon) So in total with OS I will have about $260. In hindsight, I might have been better off buying an inexpensive desktop with similar specs for about the same investment, but I didn't shop for one because I wanted to build my own for the experience.

Set this little gem up with a Samsung Evo SSD, AMD A10-Series APU A10-7700K, 1x 8GB Coarsair RAM, Pioneer Blu-Ray burner, Rosewill card reader, and my old WD HDD in the IN-WIN Desktop 300W Haswell Case, Black BL631.FH300TB3F. So far, so good. Easy BIOS interface for me to use. Since I am using the APU for graphics and the mobo onboard audio and LAN controllers, I don't have any expansion cards attached. So far, this setup is outperforming my old set up which was based on an Intel dual core processor with 2x 2GB of Kingston RAM. I'm happy. The only unexpected task I ran into was that the LAN & select chipset drivers aren't preinstalled which is okay. The RealTek LAN drivers were on the support disk. I downloaded the most recent chipset drivers from the ASUS website and installed them to resolve the missing USB 3.0 and SM Bus drivers. I think this is a great mobo for what I need to do, which is basic home computing and online e-commerce.

It is a good mother board for people new to building/installing parts on a computer. Some of the places to screw in the screws are a bit difficult because of the size of the board. A bit flimsy too. But still a great product, 4 RAM slots! Love that a lot. Everything else is relatively easy to put in cords too. (Power supply, Hard drive, fans, etc). Easy to put in the graphics card, processor, RAM, etc. Recommend it for anybody building a PC or looking for new parts!
