I own an Asus Eee PC 1001P 10.1 inch netbook computer and I love it. I have other computers but I use this one for connecting on-line when I am at a coffee shop or just out and about. I wanted a small, lightweight case to carry it in instead of my full-sized briefcase. This case does the job.

The good:
It is priced right
It is lightweight
It holds my computer, DVD writer and power supply

The not-so good:
It doesn't feel very durable
It doesn't have a latch to keep it closed
The net-mesh pockets won't hold the DVD writer very well

This case does what I bought it for but no more than that so I give it 4 stars.

This is a great bag for our eees. Some eees come with a simple zipper pouch, but some come without anything. This case is nicer than the included pouches. The best feature is the handles. The center compartment includes a zipper pouch with two mesh pockets (will hold your charger, etc.). There is an outer pocket on each side of the bag. One has 3 holders for pens and 3 credit card-sized pockets. The side pockets have very light magnetic fasteners to hold them closed. According to the tag, the bag fits laptops that are 10-1/2 x 7-5/8 x 1-1/2". It is too bad that the color choices do not match the eee colors - we chose the blue bag for our pink eee and the orange one for the black eee. The colors match those in the pictures quite well. The bags do have a funny odor at first, but it seems to be going away. The odor wasn't bad enough to be a concern for us.

This bag is lightweight and has a zippered pouch on the inside that helps keep the netbook secure. My Asus Eee fits nicely and the pouches on each of the sides are nice for holding papers as well as the nicely placed pen holders on the inside.

Was too big for netbook and no carry strap (for it's size a strap would be better than the handles). I ended up buying a neoprene skin that has a mouse pocket.

This is a finely constructed item and the price is right. But put anything more than a netbook in this and it really bulges. Making the problem worse is the lack of a top zipper. Not only are contents visible but they can spill out. Again, put only a netbook and a few other thin items - no problems or issues. Put anything but "slim" in here - power cord and box, micro mouse, phone and charger, glasses case - nope, not for me. I bought the CaseLogic netbook case after this - it accepts bulges and zips closed.

Perfect fit, and complimentary blue color for Asus netbook. Very well made, and can accomodate a goodly amount of extra "stuff." 5 stars .. highly recommended.

I purchased this carrying bag with my netbook computer over a year ago and it has worked very well for me. I use my netbook primarily for travel, and we have travelled a lot with it. The carry bag is sized to fit my netbook perfectly and holds the cords, mouse, and manual and any papers that I need easily. This bag was a little more expensive than some of the others that I looked at, but most were designed for a slightly larger (11" screen) netbook. I bought this because it was designed for the 10" screen netbook. I have been very happy with it.

I bought this case for my ASUS netbook Eee Pc 1005PE, and it is just perfect. It has the right size, after fitting my netbook I still have space for my mouse, mouse pad, and charging cables. I have been using it for about a year and still looks like new.

I purchased this neoprene bag together with the ASUS 10.1 inch netbook. The handle on this bag makes the netbook easy to carry around. The bag looks like a lunchbag and keeps my netbook "low-profile." I like stealth! The cords/power adapter fit in the side pocket.

I bought my mom an ASUS Eee PC 1001PX-EU27-WT and needed to find a light case for her. Something that would fit in her tote bag. This Asus case is the perfect choice! The laptop fits perfectly in the zipper sleeve. I also got her a Belkin USB retractable mouse which fits in the other compartments. This is just what I was looking for.
