We were looking for a wall phone with Caller ID and Call Waiting features. We looked at Walmart and Best Buy with no luck. Price was an issue as we did not want to spend too much and we did not want a cordless phone. This phone has good sound quality. It is a bit bulky though. The battery compartment makes it a bit large. The other negative is that the phone tries to fall off of the receiver when you hang up from a call. We plugged in a long cord and the weight must be too much for the small hook the receiver hangs on. The Caller ID is not bright. It is a bit hard to see in our kitchen nook. My assessment is that this price equals this quality of phone. It is made in China. Will not buy another phone over the internet.

A decent enough phone. Caller ID works fine, phone sound quality is good. It goes through batteries faster than I would like. I just dropped it and broke it, and am buying another.

I needed a corded phone to fit in a same space.
This phone has filled the bill. It works great.
Haven't had a single problem with it. I think I
will buy another one or two.

This is a great phone, but I ordered it twice in white and received black phones. Okay with me because it matched, but it may not make others happy.

So the phone works fine, not perfect, sound is ok. The caller ID works fine, is not backlit though. The picture gives you the impression that it lights up, it does not, however it does have a blinking red light to let you know that a call did come in, which is a feature I really like. Overall the phone is decent.
