12/03/2011: Base began flashing and was unresponsive 9 months after purchase. By other reviews, this is not the only occurrence. It's still within warranty. Mailed it into AT&T per their warranty instructions. USPS tracking indicated that AT&T received it 3 weeks ago, but they still haven't acknowledged receipt by e-mail. Phone was fine while it worked. I bought the same model phone for my parents. Theirs has been in use longer, receives heavier use, and is still in service with no problems or complaints. 01/05/2012: Received a call from AT&T two days ago asking if I had received my phone back. I told him I hadn't even received acknowledgement from them that they had received it. He said he'd check on it and call me back the next day with a status update. Haven't heard back from him, so I wait. 01/30/2012: Still nothing. 04/30/2012: It would appear that the manufacturer will not be honoring warranty on my phone. For what it's worth, my parents' phone remains in use with no problems. I now own a VTECH.
