We were facing either a VOIP system ($3,000 or more) or this system. Some of the reviews are pretty rough but I've been quite happy with this system. We have 6 remote units, one base (utilizing all four lines) and a range extender. Everything was installed in under an hour and we haven't looked back since. The phones look nice, keypad lights up, and we actually think the ringtone sounds nice. Go figure.

Great phone, ordered 4 of these with 4 bases. 1 of the bases ended up not working, but all of the handsets worked just fine. Phone has better range than most other cordless phones ive owned. They are also pretty sturdy and hold up in a rough environment.

It works, it is easy to use. It is durable. It survives being dropped. The sound quality is good. What more could I want?

Item received quickly and was EXACTLY as described. Range on this unit was a concern when I was ordering but upon setup all concerns were GONE!!Seller and Product are both HIGHLY recommended.

I bought this to install a wireless phone system for a VERY large concrete house. I have maxed out the system with two repeaters and the rest handsets.
I have the Base station on one end then a repeater in the middle of the house and a repeater at the opposite end of the base.
Programming was a breeze. Beware if you want to re-assign the number assignments of the Handsets you will have to re-connect the Extenders as well. Pretty easy though. I love that you can name each handset such as 'Living Room' 'Left Wing' 'Pool Area' and the names are broadcast to the whole system.
Only very minor negative is one of the PTT buttons on one the handsest got pushed in and broke. Because I have 7 other handsets I didn't care to return it.
Also love the broadcast to all feature. It's better then a built in intercom system.
Versatility and call quality are the two best attributes.

This system has very decent functionality. It has mostly been what I have expected. I love the 4-line access inside my home. I love the battery use length. Compared to my Uniden system which never seemed to be able to maintain a reasonable charge, this is flawless. I LOVE the PTT function with my large home and 7 teens who like to get "lost" when there are chores to do. I love having multiple voicemail boxes because of the number of handsets in my home. The only thing that I can think of that I don't like is the way the speakerphone sometimes does not work correctly. You sometimes cannot fully be heard by people when you are using the speakerphone from the handset. The whole system was kinda expensive as well, but you get what you pay for, I suppose.

Great product for a small office. There is a learning curve for the staff, takes some simple programming steps to get everything up and running. Do make sure to read the manual. This is working very well as part of the whole AT&T phone system, simpler to operate and much much less expensive for a small office than the Syspine or Panasonic system at our other larger offices.

Purchased extra handsets for our new system. 1 week of using the new system 1 of the handsets has already gone bonko??? The lcd screen is showing nothing but garbage. I have tried removing the battery and resetting it with no luck..

This is a nice, solid phone...not a lightweight flimsy piece. The staff are very happy with them!
