ATI NurseNotes Nursing Q & A : Criticcal Thinking Exercises
Excellent book that I can never forget when I took my state board Examination. Very good book.

nothing unique about this book just like any nursing book, the CD never updates and its RN only book

Questions are too outdated for today's NCLEX, don't bother buying. If only the NCLEX were as simple as these questions!
