Great card,
By
This review is from: ATI Radeon X1900GT 256MB Pcie (Personal Computers)
This is a great card if you can get it for the right price. I have been very satisfied with the performance in 3d games like OBLIVION and the Dark Messiah of Might & Magic Demo. Video output is AWESOMe, video editing is awesome. Another great feature of this card is that you can dvi output to an HDTV as a monitor. I have a 32" LCD tv hooked up to this thing and it works awesome in native windows environment, gaming, divx movies etc. Highly recommended.
One downside is that the drivers/configuration screen load a little slower than NVIDIA stuff. But the level of control available is awesome. . . .

Great Card, Great Price,

This review is from: ATI Radeon X1900GT 256MB Pcie (Personal Computers)
This card is great, it plays many games like OBLIVION and CALL OF DUTY 4, and its a really great card for the price. It can also overclock very well and get even faster than original speeds.

Just out bad!,

This review is from: ATI Radeon X1900GT 256MB Pcie (Personal Computers)
I don't know what configurations the first two reviewers are running but my experience with this game and Oblivion, Civ 4, Warhammer Online, and Dungeons and Dragons Online really blow! The black screen issue where I have to reboot after playing for 10-20 minutes is really tiresome. I've had this card for three and a half years as I write this, and I wish I never bought it. I was fortunately able to get Warhammer Online to work nicely after a lot of work, but even so the king of all dissapointments which is Oblivion I still have the same problem. This after upgrading my computer just over a year ago with the only things staying the same being my Audigy 4 sound card, and I still have the same blackscreen issues. So now I know it is the video card and not some other thing. I have bought and used ATI since 1994, which is a total of 6 cards!. But now I doubt I will go back after this one, looks like its Nvidia for me!
