The 5 shell holder is really handy. Though it seems just a microscopic amount too small in diameter for the shells it definitely holds on to them ferociously shot after shot. What made this a great addition to the folding stock is that you don't have to drill any holes to mount it as they are made to perfectly fit each other with molded mounting holes. I love it!

I mounted one of these holders on top of my Mossburg 500 Maverick 12 gauge. Works great and looks cool.

Not much to say about this shot shell holder. Works just fine, installation is not very hard at all, and it does it's job just fine. Looks "cool" too for those who care about looks.

Bought this to mount onto the ATI top folding stock. Installed fast and easily. LOL. Only ATI product that didnt/doesnt need a little "re-engineering" to fit/work properly.

Purchased a top-folding stock from the same company and it was in with six screws. Install was simple and it looks like the shotguns used in Jurrasic park.

I installed this on a standard synthetic stock instead of that goofy top-folding monstrosity it's made to go with. I can report that this product works just fine on a normal stock, and even fits nicely on my shorter, 12-inch length of pull stock. What you need is a drill with a 7/64" bit to make the pilot holes for the screws, and something sharp like a nail to mark on the stock where you'll need to drill. That's it. Line up the holder and screw it on, you're done. ATI helpfully includes clear instructions and even a paper template for marking the holes.

The only hard part is figuring out exactly where you want to position it so that it won't interfere with your hand, forearm, or cheek. Put shells in it before you place it, so you know what you'll be working with. Use tape or a friend to hold it where you want it with the template underneath, and when you get it where you want it, lift the holder off the template and tape the template down. That's my advice.

This item does NOT fit what is shown! The ATI 6 position collapsible stock photo above posted by Patrick Lamb even has notes stating this fit. Wrong the holes do not line up!

The one that is meant to be used on the ATI 6 position collapsible stock is "ATI Shotforce Shotshell Holder". I wasted my time waiting for this to arrive based on a user uploaded photo to find it does not fit. Now I have to wait more for the right one to come in. The photo showing this item posted by Patrick Lamb with notes saying it fit his ATI 6 position collapsible stock needs to be removed as this is not possible and misleading.

There is nothing wrong with this item. It is of good quality, but this is for a ATI Tactical Top Folding Gun Stock, standard wood stock, or synthetic stock ONLY. If you use this on a standard or synthetic stock you will have to drill holes in the stock to make it mount. This item comes with a template to do this.

A ATI 6 Position Adjustable Shotgun Stock as I have, already has two holes drilled in it for the "ATI Shotforce Shotshell Holder" and/or an ATI cheek rest.

does the job, easy install (on the ATI M4-style stock) and good price. keeps shells with my home defender without having to keep them in the weapon

Installed in seconds to my ATI Top Folding Stock. Does exactly what it says it's going to do, at a good price.

Well not much to say about this one but it does exactly what its supposed to perfectly. Holds all ny 12 ga rounds snugly and fjts perfectly one the ati top folding stock. Also it come with a template for drilling holes incase it doesnt fit or somthin. But its a good product get it!
