Editorial Reviews

Review

"Atomic Dreams follows the development of the, well, Atomic Bombs that were dropped on Japan during WWII. From there though, Atomic Dreams takes creative freedom by mixing in some spirituality and mysticism from the Native American traditions and goes wild with the direction (visiting Japan AFTER the bombs fell and experiencing the pain and anguish they caused for instance). Still, Atomic Dreams is a good read and tells it's story in a compelling manner that made me stay up later than I intended to finish it in one sitting, it was that good." Carl Williams - Gaming On Batteries

About the Author

JAZAN WILD is a bestselling author, with several titles topping the Graphic Novel Lists all around the world. Wild is a writer and musician who tells stories, musically and in written word, from the Carnival of Souls & Funhouse Of Horrors series.

Jazan Wild is an Author who is not afraid to stand up for an Author's rights. Whether it be Copyrights, Trademarks or defending his business, Carnival Comics, Wild has stood as a "David" against "Goliath" demanding that an Author's rights and the rights of an independent publisher be respected. As an outspoken advocate, Jazan has been very proud to have taken much needed stances "legally" against injustice.

Wild's "Carnival Of Souls" was the 1st Comic Book on Blackberry. "Carnival Of Souls" was the #1 ebook for a year on Blackberry's App World, making Wild one of the most downloaded authors on Blackberry.

July 4, 2009... Wild and Jonathan Elias, world renowned composer, co-created Atomic Dreams, The Lost Journal Of J. Robert Oppenheimer. This graphic novel correlated with Elias' Prayer Cycle 2: Path to Zero album. Atomic Dreams was the first comic book app on Nokia phones.

Wild's Carnival Comics apps made Entertainment Weekly's 2009 Must List. That same year Carnival Comics was named a Nokia 2009 Success Story.

July 4th 2012 the Carnival Of Souls Novel was released exclusively on Amazon. On July 5th the novel hit the #1 spot and stayed atop the list for 5 days. Four months later, the novel returned to the #1 spot for a second time, as part of a Halloween Promotion.

Wild's Dandy story, (co-created with Andreas Carlsson) was featured in a massive marketing campaign in Sweden which included a #1 novel, 16 million McDonald's place-mats, a page on the company's official site, as well as a McDonald's contest where fans of the book could send in their own stories of overcoming odds, just like Dandy.
