Let me start by saying that I absolutely hate slow flash drives. They really bug me, so when I look for a flash drive, I always look for something fast. This drive definitely delivers on speed and consistency. If you're using an older PNY or SanDisk drive, upgrading to this will make a huge difference for you.

I was definitely impressed by the size of the drive as well. Not just the capacity (8GB is somewhat average, I would've preferred a 16GB option), but the physical size of the drive is really nice. It's much smaller than other 8GB flash drives that I've seen. Durability is also great, and unlike those cheap PNY drives that most people seem to have, this thing isn't going to fall apart any time soon. I can't speak for the longevity of the flash memory itself, but by all accounts, it seems like this drive will last a while.

It's hard not to recommend this drive. It does cost a little extra, but the price is definitely justified when you consider its speed, consistency, and durability.

So in a drunken haze about a month ago I lost my keys outside my house with my tough drive on it in thick snow. No matter how much I would dig around to find the thing it wouldn't turn up. This morning I was happy to find my keys and tough drive after all the snow had melted away and laying in the grass.I quickly went inside to check and see if any of the data I had on it was retrievable although I was having serious doubts that nothing would be saved. To my everlasting amazement all the data that I had saved was still in working order. I am 100% satisfied with this product and would recommend this to everyone who needs a reliable flash drive.
