Don't waste your money on this CD. My mother-in-law bought it for me as a gift on return from honeymooning in Hawaii. I wish I had never opened it so that she could return it. It sounds like something Ross from Friends would invent on his Casio keyboard. I've tried to listen to it three times and have never been able to bear listening to the entire CD. Anyone want to buy it?

This album sounds like it was written and performed on a Casio keyboard one afternoon for a dare. I not sure what kind of Party he had in mind when writing it, but it will definately be useful if you need your guests to leave.

I have to agree with the other reviewers - this album is an assault to the ears. Please consider something else if you are looking for Hawaiian music. I'd recommend "Hawaiian Melodies" by the Voyager Series on Amazon.

Drew's Famous Party Music: Authentic Luau Aloha was GREAT. We used it for our luau and everyone loved the music. I highly recommend this CD for your laua.

I didn't care for this CD. The CD says Party music. Yes it Luau music but it just wasn't what I was looking for. It only had the most 2 up-beat temple. The rest was too slow to use for a party.

This is a great CD. Sounds so good. Makes you feel like you are at the Islands. Ordered for a friend who lost her husband. They had alot of good memories when they were stationed there while he was in the military. She loves it and listens to it every day.

Either you have never been to a real Luau, or you dislike your friends. This was a poor selection on my part.

I throw a luau party every summer and thought this would be good to have, but it is unbearable. Truly, I don't know what they were thinking with this one - songs from Jamaica and the Bahamas on a Hawaiian Luau disc, and absolutely pathetic songs at that. It really does sound like a small child, playing poorly, on a piece of crap $5 keyboard. For God's sake, get a Makaha Sons cd, or even the "Lilo and Stitch" soundtrack instead.

Well, I had this great Hawaiian party last year with tiki torches and grass skirts. We started out with this music going and the liquor flowing and everybody was dancing and hootin' and hollerin' here in the lovely capital city of South Carolina! With the smell of pork cooking in the pit in the ground, the taste of lovely frozen blender concoctions complete with umbrellas and colored straws watching flying waterbugs in the 100% humidity--you'd have believed you were in Hawaii!

I can't imagine why the other folks didn't care for this CD. I guess they didn't have enough grain alcohol flowing through their veins.
