This review is from: Autism: From Theoretical Understanding to Educational Intervention (Paperback)
A concise and readable guide to understanding and working with autistic children, both in the classroom and at home, based on TEACCH methods. The book uses lots of first-person quotes from high-functioning people with autism to increase the reader's understanding of autism from the inside. One teacher working with an autistic child told me how helpful she found this.
