Good concept with poor materials,

I bought this for my sister to use at her canal house on the gulf. It seemed a bit flimsy, but we were excited to try it. Didn't catch anything the first weekend and by the time I asked about it a few weekends later, she reported the rope used to pull it out of the water had disintegrated. I had to go swimming to fish the trap from the bottom of the canal.

This crab trap is so small I do not see how you are able to catch any crab in it.
