My favorite handsoap!,

Great soap, BUT...,

This company does not know how to package their product and cannot deliver a simple pump. I have written them before, they were responsive in writing, but the pump continues to not work properly. The soap oozes out of the pump where it screws into the bottle, making a mess that constantly needs to be wiped clean. Very annoying...FIX YOUR DISPENSER!!

This used to be my favorite soap, but they seemed to have changed the formula recently! If you see a bottle with "NEW More Essential Oils", it won't lather very well (still smells awesome). Thought it might be just a freak lot number, but I've tried a few and they all seem equally bad now. Boo.
