I've used this product for decades and wouldn't change to another for anything. It keeps my lips conditioned, prevents cold sores (for me anyway). I even use it on the sides of my nose when my nose gets a little raw from a cold or allergies and it works great, not greasy or smelly and keeps it from chapping and peeling. My husband even uses it and it keeps his lips from chapping or drying out in zero degree weather and wind. I highly recommend it to anyone. I don't leave home without it.

This is by far the best lip balm on the market. I absolutely love this product, and good thing as I have tons of these, I keep one nearly everywhere in my house. Honestly I have a pile of these on my computer desk, and if anyone needs a lip balm, this is the one they leave my house with. I am in fact an Avon Lady, but even before I joined, I adored this product. I keep wondering, how it is that I've spent so much more on balms, to have them come not even close to this one.

It does not feel wax heavy on my lips, and doesn't strip the skin on my lips, just keeps them supremely moisturized and silky smooth. I will never waste my money on anything else.

It CAUSED chapped lips if anything.
It caused the lips to get so cracked that it caused an infection, where the lip was soar and swollen, in a matter of 24 hours of usage.

As a sufferer from chapped lips, this did not work for me at all. I gave it a good week...and by the end of that week, my lips were even more chapped! I thought it would be great after reading all the good reviews, but unfortunately wasn't the case for me. I will just stick to my MAC lip conditioner which works about 80% of the time. Meanwhile, I'll be searching for better chapsticks :)

I received it in time and start using it. Love how it moist condition my lip well, prevent from drying or crack. Thanks!

This lip balm is the best on the market. Because of the natural ingredients, it actually helps heal, not just moisturize, my chapped lips. I love the tingle I get when I first apply it, like I can feel it starting to work. Try it, you'll be hooked.

I've always had problems finding chapsticks that didn't have an odor but wasn't made out of beeswax. I LOVE this. This is the only chapstick I use! =)

It smells like my grandma's bathroom. An old powder-y smell. The moisture intense lip balm by AVON has no scent, which I prefer over this one. Still a great moisturizer, if you can ignore the smell.

If there is a better lip balm out there, everyones keeping it a big secret from me.
