Product Description

Brand new for 2012. This antenna is not like the others you've seen. This is the most powerful stable indoor antenna on the market. Powering up to +36 gain, this is as high as some of the most powerful indoor antennas. Using the new dish technology by Orca Antenna, this antenna grabs signals like a fish net and focuses all back to the receiver. The result = better signal strength. The antenna comes with a built-in rotor (motor), which can turn a full 180 degrees from your couch using the infrared wireless remote control included. This is the perfect solution for all rural or suburban areas. Since the antenna can be aimed in any particular direction, you will be able to pick up TV signals much better than you ever could with a regular old type fixed aerial or rabbit ears. This unit can be installed as easy as plug and play. This indoor HDTV antenna works with all digital signals, 100% DTV and HDTV ready. Fits all TVs, with remote 360 degrees of control. Also will work anywhere in the world. Supports multiple TV sets at same time. Don't miss out on the best high gain - long range antenna in the world.

Does not appear to be the best indoor antenna I could have chosen to buy.

I turned the unit completely around and the remote still rotated the dish ... I just could not see the time.

I live in Baltimore and can't get Wash DC stations 35 miles away with this!

The picture quality is outstanding. Stunning actually. However, the unit I received has a continous electronic humm to it. The noise comes from inside the internal part of the base. When I turn the TV off, the humming is noticeable, at least for me. The unit does not have an ON/OFF switch so you must unplug it to stop the hum. Am exchanging it and hoping it was just my unit with the humming noise issue. I find it strange indeed that the designer did not put an ON/OFF switch on the unit. Really. When the planet blows up (or browns out) we won't be able to return it (the planet) to Amazon.com. One planet per species is the limit.

UPDATE: Next day I plugged it back in and the noise was gone. After it warmed up (40 minutes) the hum returned. It may not be enough to bother you but it is still there.

I used this antenna 31 miles from the stations I was trying to pick up. None of the stations were watchable. It could not receive any of the 5 TV stations I was trying to get. The remote is useless. It has to be pointed exactly at the right angle to the antenna or it won't work. During the few times I could get it to work it had to be within 6 feet of the antenna to get the dish to rotate. Even standing within a foot of the antenna the dish rotation was erratic. It was useless to try to aim the antenna at a specific spot. Don't waste your money on this antenna.

I have gone through several Indoor Antennas and it works well especially for towers probably about 30-40 miles as others have said. I do like the Rotating ability of the Antenna...However, the Remote is very unresponsive at times or the unit is....not sure which way it goes. Otherwise my Antenna came as ordered without any broken parts. This seems to be the best Indoor Antenna I've had so far.

I have been disappointed by many name brand indoor antennas but this lives up to its claim. The local high definition digital stations in my area came in great. I have a limited space on my entertainment unit so I could not extend the telescopic antennas.
The only CON would be instructions were not specific. They did show diagrams for hook up but no information on batteries for remote. This being said it is still a great unit.

If you live about five miles from the station you might get a signal - if the station is 20 miles away you need to purchase a stronger unit. My barber uses a set of old (1953) ears and he gets 14 stations all the time and 3 more when the weather is right. This product did not pick up anything but static so it is not worth your time and money

I've been playing around with this for 2 days now. I had high hopes, but plan on returning it; the hype in the listing turned out too good to be true. I live in Baltimore and can't get Wash DC stations 35 miles away with this! Several of my local stations are together on a tower that I can see with my eyes on a good day. Those stations come in clearer with no antenna at all compared to the AZ912! The appearance of a satellite dish is all smoke and mirrors. What looks like a signal collector in the front is just a piece of plastic. Brilliant marketing strategy at work here! It's one and only good feature is the remote so that I don't have to get off my butt to rotate it.
Strangely, I have seen few negative reviews....more likely they are weeded out; just one or two to appear authentic. Could mine be defective? I'd really like to make it work. Even the manufacturer website offered no clues that worked.

Piece of crap. Came out of the box with something broken in side and rattling around. Both antenna snapped off within 24 hours. Extremely flimsy and delicate antennas, barely moved them and they broke instantly. Complete waste of money. Spend more time being infuriated trying to get a signal, got the ears rigged up with binder clips. Never again. Is quite noisy too when whatever is broken off inside gets to vibrating. Gotta get up and whack it to stop it.

This did not work well in my area. The price was good, but I did not like needing to hunt for the few channels that it could receive each time I wanted to watch television. I would not reccomend this item.
