Really really love the smell of this stuff. It's got a sweet organic smell like some kind of obscure tropical fruit and a faint musk in the background. I'm almost through my first case and will be picking up a second soon and I still look forward to the smell of this stuff each shower.

As for how it cleans, it's the same as any other soap. Those little red beads are a non-factor as far as I can tell.

This shower gel has a very pleasant, but mild scent. It will not fill your bathroom with scent, but it is nice. The gel is very concentrated and luxurious, so a little goes a long way. It seems about right in that it is not too harsh, but not too mild either. The smell is hard to describe, but it sort of an invigorating musky-slightly herbal scent. I'm not sure what guarana smells like, but this does not smell flowery, feminine, or like some herb/grass, etc.

This gel contains little red "power beads" as the label calls them. They seem to be only decorative, but they do prevent the transfer of this gel into a soap pump.

I have used quite a number of AXE shower gels. This one is very good and worth a try if you are looking for some variety, but I will probably not buy this version on a regular basis since I think some of the others are better.

I'm completely addicted to this wonderful body wash. That might be the only con. I first used it at my man friend's house and have since fallen in love. I try to only shower at his house. Even if I'm only going to be there for like two hours, I still manage to take a shower and get a little more of that wonderful bodywash. It's the best scent ever. I highly recommend using it... because then the whole world would smell wonderful.

I'm in college, and being clean sometimes is good. One bottle probably lasts a little longer than a bar of soap, and its easier to use. I don't have to worry about dropping it on the nasty shower floor in the dorms and then not being able to use it again. It's pretty cheap and has a good smell that is subtle.

This shower gel claims to be stimulating and enlivening. One of the listed ingredients is guarana, which contains a form of caffeine, so if your skin is particularly absorbent, or if you rub it on your gums, it will probably wake you up. It will also make you a pee a lot. Guarana is a diuretic.

Just so we're clear, I don't recommend rubbing this shower gel on your gums.

This retro-colored gel has a clinically clean cologne scent, like scrubbed chrome, or a recently filtered swimming pool. It's not what I would call unpleasant, although I'm sure some would be turned off by it. In either case, the smell doesn't linger, no matter how much you use.

Suspended within the gel are also many, very tiny "power beads." I'm not sure what these are made of. I assume, given the name, they are intended to impart power (perhaps they are the guarana), but I felt just as weak after using this product as I did before. Perhaps I should exercise more. Or stop eating shower gel.

Ha ha. Seriously, though, don't eat this gel.

On the back of my bottle, it says, "Make every night Saturday night with Axe Groove Shower Gel." I regret to say that after liberally dousing myself with this gel, it was still Wednesday, and not Saturday at all. So, in case you're wondering, this product will not bend the laws of physics. This is just as well, since I work on Saturdays anyway.

It's not a bad product -- it cleans flesh, that is -- but it isn't very aromatic or invigorating, and it cannot assist you with time travel. *sigh* When will science ever make any headway in the world of body soaps? Time will tell.

i didnt buy the case pack but groove smells great. It has these little red beads that scrub even more to rid of the dead skin. Smells great definalty recomend. Only bad thing is that it doesnt have the lastingaxe effect label on it because the smell doesnt last
