I received this book in the mail yesterday and could not put it down once I opened it. As a mother and a friend of Aarons, it touched me in so many ways. I cried, laughed and cried some more. Tina did an excellent job telling Aarons story. It is evident that they shared a special bond that can never be broken. It's no wonder he was such a special person. He had a very loving family who I think also played a huge role in Aarons final act of kindness. You will not be dissapointed if you purchase this book. It brings to your attention that there are still good people left in this world. Aarons last wish caused a domino affect all across the world of people trying to follow his footsteps. I feel that Aarons story will continue to touch people for many years to come. I know he has made a great impact on my life.

This is not the kind of book that should be read and then left on a shelf somewhere, its one that should be read and passed along. Because I think everyone could use a little reminder of what is most important in life. I wish he could see how much of an impact he has had on so many people. He will certainly never be forgotten.

Tina Collins is an extremely bright researcher and author who confronts the premature death of her son. She's written a poignant and frank account of their life together, with Tina often struggling as a single mom to raise her children. In so doing, she's created a monument to Aaron that completely overshadows the eulogies of some of the great people of our time. If you can put this book down before finishing it, you're a more disciplined person than I am. You won't regret your time spent with Aaron Collins Did That. I truly wish I had known Aaron--I would be a better man myself.

I have read this book, and it is such a touching story. It is a true story, and it is written by Aaron's mother. Such a beautiful family and such a beautiful way to pay tribute to the "pay it forward" movement that Aaron has inspired! Love it and would highly recommend it!
