phone pains,

This phone and the virtually identical Talkswitch Aastra phone with the same manufacture and model number apparently ARE NOT interchangable. Several hours of wasted IT time ...... and now I cant get the Amazon vendor to respond for a return.

This is a good quality inexpensive IP Phone. We're very happy with it except a couple things. First the phone is NOT wall-mountable without an add-on kit. Second all of the cords including oddly the handset cord plug directly in on the back. Even when using the bracket for mounting on the desk, the ethernet cables stick straight out the back and a 90 degree angle to the phone. Just seems like a bad design to me.
We'll buy these again, regardless. |
