I am a cheese person and this is the best cheese I have encountered in a long time. Whether straight out of the fridge or brought to room temperature it has a flavor and finish that is remarkable. Needless to say, I really like it and everyone I have offered it to, including my 3 yr old granddaughter and my son the chef, like it too.
