I bought it for my Third c-section.

Never used any belt in previous surgeries. I had a hard time to cope with pain, to come up, walk, even to straighten my body after my first 2 c-sections.

I used this belt from the first time I stand up. AMAZING!!!
I felt less pain, more confident and relaxed! Being still in hospital I ENJOYED!!! walking around with my baby!
Didn't wanted to return to my room!

It's took some time to learn to apply it correctly. I was practicing before surgery, and perfected my skills after.
Signs on belt was helpful.

Also: material is 100% cotton is so gentle, soft and stretchy!
Liked the book too, but hadn't time to follow all the instructions. :)

As for sizing: I followed instructions on their site.

My wife loves this belt. It helps her to walk and carry the baby. The product was delivered earlier than reported and in good condition.

AbdoMend C Section Recovery Kit is fantastic! I got it as a present and it really helped me to function after my 2nd baby. Its soft, and easy to wear. Size was easy to figure out if I just measured.....my friend called the office and they were really helpful. It really made a difference for me and the pain was a lot less. I would recommend to anyone having surgery, especially with a family.

The Abdomend sizing is off. I thought I order the right size but when it arrived it was gigantic. I sent it back, they have a very confusing return policy and it is not clear at all which address you should mail your item back to. I sent an email and I received a reply quickly enough but then my replacement item never came and I had to send another email. I thought the person replying was rude. I wouldn't recommend this item to anyone.

I purchased this product at Jan 11 2012 and recived it Jan 15 or 16, 2012. I sent e-mall 4 times to abdomend customer service on different days and I did not get any response from them. I found and called the abdomend customer service and tried to get them help me with the product and the customer service repensentive kept promising me will send me an e-mail and guide me through the process. Everything was horrible. I waited for a whole day and again did not get any e-mail or phone call from them to explain can I get the exchange. I found out the product has stitches loose problem, so it definately needed to have an exchange service. I called them again and they got off work already. What kind of customer service is that? After they got your money, they do not care customer service at all. Guys, You better prey you don't need to deal with the customer service. I wish Amazon can rate with ZERO star on it.
