"This item appears to be helping with my 49 yr belly bulge, I would reccomend it, but it is not a substitute for doing excercise under one's own steam to go along with this powerful little belt, which goes on most anyplace one needs to tone, back, arms and legs, & OF Course the tummy. I reccomend these people to others."

not worth it
don't buy this item not worth your money nor what you spend on delivery charges. i read several reviews before i decided to buy this but i figure i would give it a try RIght!!! but i was wrong for the most part i normally don't beileve everything that i read but now this had change my mind. this item is not worth buying did not work..!!!!!!!!!!

I have 5 of these things and they've all worked well for several years now. Put in a FRESH battery, follow the instructions and it gives you your choice of mild to very strong muscle stimulation.

I put the batteries in and a light came on then turned off. After it wouldnt work again. I tried to contact the company to see if there was a certain way to put the batteries in because i tried every way but they wouldnt repond. Dont buy this. They dont give refunds or exchanges
