I selected this work for our "ladies Bible study" group for 2 reasons: First, the topics are biblical, timely, relevant, and thought provoking, and second, the book is part of a series that could be used to continue the discussions further and deeper.
The group has just started with this and is working it into a format for the small group that works.
They are encouraged by the way the topics are treated and eager to dive in.

Kimberly Taylor is an author and bible teacher. She has over 15 years of health education and training experience through formal nursing practice (as an R.N. for many years) and research on the relationship between nutrition, physical activity, and chronic disease.

Kim has been featured on CBN's The 700 Club and in Prevention Magazine and Essence Magazine.
