About the Author

Yes, believe or not I write this stuff. I write books about snails, I write books about hairy people, I write books about smelly stuff too. I love to tell stories. I graduated from Florida State University in 1992 and then spent a few years in California acting on sitcoms and doing standup comedy. I began teaching because I really liked sharing my ideas and I loved to see when my students "got it." Telling stories became part of the learning process. After marrying Beth in 2002 and having a family, my passion for stories grew. I never thought that rhyming with my three year-old daughter in our old beat up pickup truck, would lead me to Abigail the Snail. Abigail the Snail is an adorable children's book! This silly story gets a giggle out of my son every time we read it. It is well written with creative and bright illustrations. I would recommend it for anyone with young children. I am looking forward to Abigail's future adventures!

Abigail the Snail is such a wonderful book. My son makes me read it to him over and over again. The illustrations are so bright and colorful. I look forward to more books on Abigail's fun adventures.

I don't know who the geniuses are who thought of this book, but they are amazing. I mean the book is so well written. Oh, and don't even get me started on the illustrations. They are the most amazing pictures ever. I definitely reccomend this book for children, it is an excellent read. I can't wait for more adventures with Abigail, I will surely check them out.
