Yes, yes, yes. It's not the most complex music out there, but MAN DOES IT KICK YOU RIGHT IN THE CRINKLY-WRINKLY! Sick, painful grooves and murderous vocals. I enjoy this CD more than most i've purchased recently! For fans of sludge! I wish that there was more music like this out there! Perfectly heavy and painfully delicious! Buy it now and thank me later.

Every track is metal at its finest. This is one of the bands I discovered on internet radio that kept turning my head. I would be listening passively as tracks from various other bands in the genre passed by my ears, but when the Abominable Iron Sloth came along, I would be immediately drawn in. This is a must have album for fans of sludge metal. I only wish it had more tracks. However, there is no wasted space on the album. Unlike some bands that fill an album with a few good songs and fill out the list with rubbish, this self-titled album by AIS is packed full of delicious ear candy.

This band is the band that the monsters under your bed listen to. Heavy, Heavy and.....Heavy...this is the most played album in my mp3...all those little emo bands out there need to take notes

I have heard that this band is over but the mastermind behind the Sloth is forming another band that crushes like this one.
If you want something that's like a cross between CROWBAR and IRON MONKEY, then buy this CD. It is slow killing Sludge with downtuned guitars and it clamps down tight like a Pitbull on crack.

This is one of the heaviest bands that ever exsisted!
